INGREDIENTS:

¼ cup hummus

Optional add-ins: sliced tomato, cucumber, avocado, bell pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lay tortilla flat on a plate.
Spread hummus evenly across the center of tortilla.
Layer sliced eggs on top of hummus.
Add greens and any optional vegetables.
Sprinkle with feta if using.
Add hot sauce if desired.
Fold in sides of tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
Cut in half for easier eating if desired.
