What is the biggest problem with AI? consistency... well I made a workflow that remedies this problem. Prompts are not required, but can help.

the principle is simple, you choose a photo of the face, of (clothing / body), a Pose (the mask will be taken on this pose, so choose a model that matches the shape of your model) and a background photo.

The result is not always perfect, you can play with the denoise and all.

But in principle, the result is almost perfect.

Just put the entry at the good place, not really hard to understand

V.2 : Just Redo Every Thing (Less Spaghetti lol), Now it can also manage two character if you want a couple pose or something like this. It have some problem with the hair.

If you want to do one character, just bybass the last FaceDetailler.

Note : the Automatic Pose detection is not perfect, and some pose are impossible to do.
