What this workflow does

👉 This workflow uses the SDXL Turbo checkpoint that will rapidly update the image.  This allows rapid feedback, even on cpu machines to let you quickly build the best possible prompts.  When you find a good prompt, activating the second stage will upscale and process the image with a regular SDXL checkpoint.  

How to use this workflow

👉 Go to the control window, click extra options, click auto queue, click queue prompt and start typing in your prompt. It should update as you work on the prompt, even on a cpu only machine.

When you finally get the prompt you want, you can turn on the second stage, which upscales and runs the image through a dozen more steps of a full checkpoint for quality.   You also have to either use a generic enhance prompt or better yet, copy the prompt from the first stage into the second stage.  I would have done this for you, but I am not quite to that level yet.

To quickly explore again, deactivate the second stage group so that only the first stage one shot is happening and you aren't saving a lot of files.

Tips about this workflow

👉  You may have to update models to match what you have on your system.  You need to install the SDXL Turbo model where Comfy can find it.  Since Turbo is so new you may have to "update all" in comfy manager to get the latest comfy ui and extensions.  I know I had to do so.
