So I needed some poses... and spent too much time searching on the web...

So... here is a workflow I created for myself to generate some good poses quickly :)

Any pose really just change the prompt for your style needs to get  
'dance', or 'gardening' or even 'airial acrobatic' poses ;) Etc... TRY IT !

This is not meant to give great end results and beautiful faces or backgrounds ;)
