Description
I wanted to create an easy to understand workflow that can do a bit of everything.
Most of everything operates out of the main menu and uses number keys 0-9 as shortcuts.

Face / hand detailer
Upscale / Watermark
Like a lot of workflows, it uses a lot of custom nodes. So you'll need to install them from the addon manager. And the few separate downloads have links.
