What this workflow does

Uses IPadapters to correctly encode the Tiled image of the controlnet into the Latent and modify the Model Sampler for this purpose

- Use the best SD 1.5 model you have, the quality of the result is largely contributed by this factor

- The upscalers depend on your collection, you can mix them and find the result you want

- Reinforce the scene or image with a simple positive prompt
