Description
Pretty decent, simple workflow with settings for DreamweaverXL Lightning and SXDL AnimateDiff
It uses 2 loras for consistency
I'd like to add an IPAdapter next, to keep the image more stable
The SDXL animatediff model struggles with longer animations and the controlNets for SDXL are flawed so dont expect miracles, specially on longer videos
but it can do meme-level pretty well
I think a third ControlNet would help a lot, maybe an IP-adapter.
