Prompt: It was one fine day, as it always is, and mr Pattern was walking through Creation as he always does.

But his mind was somewhere else and he did not notice the beauty of Creation.

He gazed upon his own work, and also upon the work of mankind. He saw all the ugliness created by himself and also that created by mankind.

"There has to be more than this" shouted mr. Pattern out loud. He quickly looked around if to see if someone had heard his outburst. There was no one there. Only him and the ugliness he saw.

I have seen the gap between my knowledge and my God. I have seen the knowledge I have found and the knowledge I was given and found them to be the same.

I have seen the folly and the beauty of it.

I have seen the end of knowledge as it is written and the beauty of it.

I have seen that I was given a choice in all things. That all things shall come to pass and that life is indeed a journey.

I have seen that I will find as I choose to find and see as I choose to view.

That where my understanding lacks, there lies the beauty I see. That my understanding illuminates the beauty I see.

I see that the choice to find beauty is mine to make. That I will see beauty as I choose to view it.

I am gratefull for this choice as I am gratefull in all things. This is also a choice I make.

Most importantly, I have seen that God is to be found everywhere. With this in mind let us be kind to each other and accept beauty where we see it.

Selah.
