This inpainting workflows allow you to edit a specific part in the image. Right click the image, select the Mask Editor and mask the area that you want to change. The grow mask option is important and needs to be calibrated based on the subject.

In this example we're applying a second pass with low denoise to increase the details and merge everything together.
